Located at the industrial hub of Pune, the plant is in Anant Industrial  Estate Phase III Dhayari, Pune is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art machining equipment. The 30Ton & 20 Ton Oil Hydraulic Thread rolling machine is designed, fabricated, installed and commissioned by the world leader in Thread Rolling equipment – Hi Tech Machine Tools of India. These machines is electro-hydraulically controlled by a latest microprocessor driven computer system, enabling us to manufacture various grades items that meet the ASTM A193 & A194 ASTM standard of all grades.

Support to these Thread rolling machines we are backed by a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is equipped with latest Mazak 4 AXIS CNC machines and other requisite amenities like heat treatment & plating including Zinc, Cadmium, Xylan / PTFE coatings. All the machines are efficiently operated by our competent workforce. Apart from this, our workforce also enables us to design and develop various customized components. The range of components that we export is made in accordance with ASTM standards and API specifications. Further, our timely deliveries and ethical practices have helped us muster a huge customer

We Manufactures ASTM A193 Gr B7, L7, ASTM A320 L7M threaded stud, Hex head bolt & ASTM A194 Gr 2H, 2HM heavy hex Nut in a wide variety of sizes, of Dia. Upto 4 inch, whether fully threaded or Double Ended Stud from 2 inches to 240 inches long can fill all of your  Threaded stud requirement.
